Due to the full equipment, the Apartment is the perfect choice for long-term stays. The Apartment is furnished with elegant hardwood-floors, air-conditioning and electrical window shades. The sleeping area with a double bed is located on the gallery. The main room is equipped with two couches and reading lamp, a relax divan, an eating- and working table, digital Satellite-TV on Flatscreen-TV, LAN and a kitchen island unit with oven, stove, refridgerator, water boiler and coffee maker. Bathroom with heated floor and towel heater, shower and bathtub, bidet, cosmetic mirror. Amenities: Nail file, Sewing kit, shoe shine towel and shoe horn. There is a small outside patio which can also be used as a smoking facility. The couches may also be used as sleeping couches to accommodate 4 more guests. The bedding is filled with down feathers.
