At Hotel Heidelberg, modern technical equipment and tradition are organised hand in hand. For professional meetings, we offer the High-Tech-equipment that you are used to from your office combined with an atmosphere, which creates team spirit and good ideas.
For every type of meeting, whether it is a large business meeting or a small get-together, we assist you with a flexible technical equipment, e.g. wireless network, beamer, and different seating possibilities. Up to 40 guests can be seated in our meeting room „Dorfstube“. You may enjoy your cofffee breaks on the outside terrace or in the lounge. One smaller meeting room seats up to 15 guests in a cosy room with daylight and an exit onto the terrace, one smaller meeting room without daylight allows projections for up to 18 guests. All meeting and function rooms are air-conditioned. The Food & Beverage offers range from a drinks-only meeting up to larger buffets, please check all details in the button “conference packages”. |
