Travel directions
SAP Shuttle Service: The taxi company Heidelberg offers a shuttle service to SAP round trip to/from the hotel. Booking and payment is arranged through the hotel. The charge for a one way trip is 7,50 €. If you would like us to book the shuttle for you, please contact us here.
Coming from Airport Frankfurt Rhein-Main (FRA)
For arrivals from Frankfurt airport, we recommend a shuttle transfer directly to our hotel. The shuttle charge is 33,00 € per person one way. We will be happy to book the shuttle for you, all we need is your travel itinerary.

Coming from Autobahn A5
Exit Autobahn 5 at exit no. 38, Heidelberg-Schwetzingen, and drive towards Heidelberg. At the third set of traffic lights turn right and keep on going straight. You are now on the street Cuzaring. At the third set of traffic lights turn left into Heuauerweg. You will now see the hotel on the right-hand side.

Coming from downtown Heidelberg
From downtown Heidelberg, leave the city towards Schwetzingen and Autobahn 5- Karlsruhe/Basel. You will cross Montpellier-Bridge which leads over the railway tracks. Keep on going straight on this street, Speyerer Straße, for about 4.5 kilometers. On the left-hand side you will pass the Holiday Inn Hotel. Make a left turn at the next set of traffic lights, towards Kirchheim and Sandhausen. Go down three sets of traffic lights and turn left. The hotel is located on the right-hand side.

Coming from Walldorf and Sandhausen
Go towards Heidelberg and Heidelberg-Kirchheim. On the right-hand side you will pass a transformer station. Keep on going straight over the bridge. At the second street – Kirchheim Mitte – turn right. You will now see the hotel on the right-hand side.

Public Transportation
To the Hotel to/from Heidelberg’s pedestrian zone: Take tram no. 26 to station Kirchheim Friedhof. The ride takes only 14 minutes, the tram stop is located across the street.
To the Hotel from the Heidelberg main train station:
1. Take bus no. 33 towards Emmertsgrund and get off at station Rathaus Kirchheim. The ride takes only 15 minutes. Then walk 5 minutes down Heuauerweg to the Hotel.
2. Take bus no. 720 towards St. Leon and get off at station Rathaus Kirchheim. The ride takes only 11 minutes. Then walk 5 minutes down Heuauerweg to the Hotel. The return trip to the train station with this bus line takes only 8 minutes.

Discounted ticket, available at the Hotel: 1,90 €
24 hour ticket, for 1 person: 5,00 €
24 hour ticket plus, for up to 5 persons: 9,00 €
The 24 hour tickets are valid for 24 hours after validation, Monday through Friday. If the validation takes place on a Saturday, it is also valid on Sunday. If the following Monday is a holiday, it is also valid on Monday, e.g. on the Easter-weekend (a 24 hour ticket validated on Saturday is then also valid on Sunday + Monday) |
